Fall Registration is right around the corner. Registration papers will be sent home from school in the next few weeks, and will be posted on this page and our website as soon as they are updated for Fall 2017.

Registration will take place at St. Andrew’s Church and is scheduled for:

*Friday, May 5 from 6-8 PM
*Saturday, May 6 from 9-12 PM

Winter Development Opportunity for Pre-K through 2nd grade-register by 12/31/16!

Parents of pre-K through 2nd grade-check this out!

We are very excited to announce that West Schuylkill FC will be hosting another winter player development program this January-February at the Schuylkill Haven Recreation Center! The program is open to any player in grades pre-K through 2nd grade, and the cost is only $25 per player. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. The registration deadline is December 31, 2016.

Registration is for Spring Soccer is now OPEN!!! Information below.

Registration for Spring is now open! Deadline to register is January 6.  That is the absolute last day that registrations will be accepted.  NorCenPenn rules are very strict and we MUST have team counts in and registrations must be completed very quickly after team counts are handed in.

Any player U9 through U18 (any boy or girl born between 1999 and 2008) is eligible to play.  Please remember that we may not have a team at every age group so if you are interested in playing it is VERY important that you register.  We will not know whether or not we have a team at your child’s age group until we have all registrations handed in.

There will be no formal registration.  Fill out the necessary forms below, and either email them to, or put them in the mail addressed to Kim Rothermel at 11 Deep Creek Road, Hegins 17938.  Every player must also submit a picture for Player Passes (no bigger than wallet size) and a copy of his/her birth certificate.  They may also be scanned and emailed.  If I already have your birth certificate, there is no need to submit another one.  Cost for registration is $100 per player.  If your child played Spring 2016 and has a current uniform, there is no need to purchase another one.  If you need a new uniform or do not have a current one, there is a $30 uniform cost in addition to registration.  Checks should be made payable to ‘TVYSC’.  If you need a uniform, you may write one check for both uniform and registration.  If you do not have printing/emailing capabilities, I will have forms available.  Please contact me to get them.

It’s Picture Time!!! Dates and times below.

Here is the schedule for Fall 2016 soccer pictures.  ALL pictures will be taken at the HH Elementary School.  Please note the info at the bottom.  Importantly – please be sure to be there 15 minutes prior to picture time.  It is important that we keep everything running on time so we do not run out of daylight.  Packets will be distributed by your coach prior to your assinged picture day.

Coaches – your teams’ picture order forms will be in the shed at the Elementary School field for you to pick up after tomorrow night.  I will place the packets on the shelf at the front window.

**Coaches – please be sure your entire team is there 15 minutes early for your team’s picture time and in full uniform ready to have pictures taken.  It is very important that we stay on schedule and that everyone is there with their picture papers filled out and ready to go (uniforms together, shirts tucked in, hair done, etc.) for their assigned time.  Please try to distribute picture packets prior to the day of pictures to save time.
