TVYSC will hold two registration dates for the Fall 2012 season at St. Andrew’s hall. Cost is $40/first player, $20/ each additional. Uniform cost $23.00 per player includes socks, shorts, and jersey. 2012 requires new uniforms for all players except the U15 team. U5/U7 players will receive a t-shirt and do not require a uniform.

**Due to an error in scheduling with the church, we are being asked to change our registration dates from the original May schedule.
- U9/U11/U13 PLAYERS MUST BE PRESENT FOR UNIFORM FITTING at the time of registration.
- U9/U11/U13/U15 PARENTS MUST BRING WALLET-SIZED PHOTO to registration for required player badge.
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE MUST BE SHOWN FOR ALL REGISTERING PLAYER to verify ages. We will not keep copies.

Also:
- Official Start of the 2012 Fall Soccer season is August 18th. Practices are scheduled to begin as of July 11th. Actual practice schedules will be issued by team coaches.
- Parents will receive meat raffle fundraiser tickets at registration. There is no buy-out option.Drawing to be held at annual pool party August 4, 2012.
- Late registrations (after June 30th) will be charged an ADDITIONAL $25 fee.

Parents, our club is in serious need of help. I foresee a huge problem if we cannot get some parents to volunteer their time for board positions and coaching or assistant coaching. We are currently in need of a V.P., Registrar, Concession Leader, coaches and volunteers.
We need to be involved NOW, not at Spring time. We have a lot of things to be done so OUR children can continue to play soccer in this area. We have made huge strides over the last couple years and we cannot let it fall apart now. The more help we get the less to put on everyone.

Effective January 2012, the TVYSC will begin holding its board meetings EVERY THIRD SUNDAY of the month to coincide with the County meetings.

All meetings are held at 7:00pm at St. Andrew’s Hall in Valley View. The soccer community is welcomed and encouraged to attend these monthly meetings to help make important decisions about the youth soccer program in the Tri-Valley area.
